Returns

We have 30 days Return Policy. You can either Exchange or Return your item within 30 days from delivery of your item.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For Online paid Orders, once we receive the item the refund will be processed to the same account or card used to make the payment.

For Cash on Delivery Orders, Kindly mention the account details for NEFT or UPI number with your contact details and mail them to customercare@drunkenmonk.in.

Exchange

In case you feel the product is not the right fit for you, you can always exchange the product for the right size. Please refer to our Exchange Policy for details on the exchange of products.

Refunds

For refunds, you will need to send the product back to us. Please take a piece of paper, write down your order number, and mention “Refund” on that. Send that piece of paper along with the product.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Please note that the returned item must be unused and in proper packing. Once we receive the item we will process your refund in 7 to 10 working days. Refund will be done only for Products returned any other charges like Shipping charges, COD Charges, and any other additional charges are non-refundable..
For Online paid orders, a refund will be credited to the same card or account used to make the payment.
For Cash on Delivery orders, a refund will be done to the account details provided to our customer care mail.

Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel the order, You can cancel your order before the item gets shipped. To cancel the order please mail us your order number with the reason for cancellation to CustomerCare@DrunkenMonk.in
We will process your refund within 7 to 10 Working Days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
